We test and guarantee the quality of every single product we offer. We even include a Certificate of Authenticity for our premium product to reassure you that we stand behind them. Some of our products vary in appearance due to the handcrafted nature, however, if there is ever a defect or question of quality upon receiving our products, your purchase will be returned or exchanged at no cost. 

Returns& Exchanges

We want you to adore your purchase and if an item does not look or feel right, let us help you to find something that does or return your purchase! One of our staff members will be happy to hop on the phone and help out. Just make sure to notify us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will make returning/exchanging process as easy as possible.
