Where is Diya Boutique based?
We operate a showroom and office in Milwaukee, WI, USA(within driving distance of Chicago, IL) but we ship to anyone in the world.
What is your shipping policy? 
Standard shipping in the U.S.A is always free and most packages should reach within 2-4 service days. International Shipping rates are a flat rate of $25 and we use either Fedex/UPS. However, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes that a country may impose. If you have a large/custom order, we are happy to hop on the phone and tailor your order! What is your return policy? 
We make returns easy! No questions asked. Just return the product within 14 days of receiving it in the condition it was received and we will give you the credit right away. Our mailers are reusable and have a second adhesive strip to seal the package for returns, just cover return shipping. Make sure to include a printout of your email order confirmations. Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Full return policy here. Please contact us if you have any questions at all.
How can I track my package?
We automatically email you a tracking number once we fulfill the order and you can always check your order through a link we send you when you make a purchase with us. Also, on our homepage there is a link to "Track my order" for easier tracking, or click here.
